Oscar Konno
High-spirited, tall, agile. Noone has knowledge of all of Oscar's strengths - this reflects a mysterious and secretive nature of the youngest member of buro's staff. He's responsible for external, internal, submolecular, telepatic and three more types of relations. Enjoys organizing everything from early childhood. According to rumours, he has once arranged for a suricate parade in the Riga Zoo simply by persuading the small mammals that it was the international Suricate Day. Later, Zoo staff had to dissapoint the poor beasts for two years in a row by refusing them to parade on Krasta street.
